At Erehwon Coffee & Tea Co., we want you to love every sip.
If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Coffee & Tea
Because our coffee and tea are perishable products, we cannot accept returns once the packaging has been opened.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to our quality standards, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Perishable Items
For items like mugs, accessories, or apparel, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
