At Erehwon Coffee Company, every order is prepared with care to ensure a fresh, high-quality cup with every brew. Below you’ll find details on how we process and ship your coffee.
Order Processing
We roast and pack orders Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
Most orders ship in 1–3 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
We currently ship within the United States.
Estimated Delivery Times

Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
Delivery times may vary due to carrier volume, weather, or seasonal delays.
Missing or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you don’t see your package:

Check around porches, mailboxes, and entryways.

Ask neighbors or household members.

Allow 24 hours — sometimes carriers scan before final delivery.
If you still need help, please reach out and we’ll assist.
Returns & Replacements
Because coffee is a fresh food product, we are unable to accept returns on opened packages.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
